Overview
简仓记 ("the App") is a fully offline inventory management application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter is stored exclusively on your own device and is never uploaded to any server.
Data We Do Not Collect
简仓记 does not collect any of the following:
- Name, email address, or other identity information
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers
- Any inventory, item, or business data you enter in the App
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All information you create in the App — including warehouses, items, stock records, categories, suppliers, and images — is stored locally on your device using an embedded database (Hive). This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not accessible to us or any third party
- Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App
Device Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions. Each permission is used solely for the stated purpose and for no other reason:

You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device Settings. Revoking a permission only disables the related feature; all other App functionality remains unaffected.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
简仓记 offers optional premium features via in-app subscriptions processed through Apple App Store. All payment transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details. Subscription status verification is performed by RevenueCat, whose privacy policy governs their data handling. Only an anonymous app user ID is used for this purpose — no personal information is involved.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party service solely for subscription management:
- RevenueCat — Subscription status management. See their Privacy Policy.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in the App.
Data Security
Because all data remains on your device, the security of your inventory data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock. If you use the App's export feature (CSV / Excel), the exported files are saved to your device's file system or shared via the system share sheet — please handle exported files with appropriate care.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
